By using these services you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who We Are
Dhanvantri Ayurveda, RZ-66A, M-Block, New Roshanpura, Najafgarh, Delhi – 110043, India. We are the data fiduciary (the party responsible for your personal data) under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact details for privacy questions are given in Section 12.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us

- WhatsApp messages: the messages, images, documents and voice notes you send to our WhatsApp number, along with your WhatsApp profile name and number.
- Appointment and payment details: appointment date, time and type, and payment status and transaction reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment gateway's secure page; we do not see or store your full card or bank details.
- Support requests: details you give when you raise a query or support ticket.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and app version, collected through server logs, cookies and analytics tools (see Section 8).
- Login information such as the one-time password (OTP) verification status when you sign in to our app or booking pages.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide consultations, treatment, follow-ups, diet guidance and patient records.
- To book, confirm, reschedule and remind you about appointments and missed follow-ups.
- To process payments and issue receipts and invoices.
- To reply to your WhatsApp messages and queries, including through our automated WhatsApp assistant (Section 4).
- To share relevant clinic information and educational content, such as case study videos related to your query.
- To improve our services, measure quality and keep our systems secure, including detecting spam, misuse or illegal requests.
- To meet legal, regulatory, tax and medical record-keeping obligations.
We use your information only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.
4. WhatsApp and Our Automated Assistant ("Sakshi")
When you message our WhatsApp number, your messages are delivered to us through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Many replies on our WhatsApp number are sent by an automated AI assistant named Sakshi. To create a reply, the text of your message, recent conversation history and, for existing patients, limited details from your clinic record (such as your name and last visit or follow-up date) are processed by an AI service provider, OpenAI. This is done only to answer your message.
- Sakshi gives general information about the clinic, appointments and processes. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment decisions; these are given only by the doctor during a consultation.
- Our staff may read your WhatsApp conversation and reply to you directly.
- Messages that suggest an emergency or an illegal request are flagged to the doctor so that a person can review them.
- If you do not want automated replies or WhatsApp messages from us, tell us on WhatsApp or by email (Section 12) and we will stop.
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our services, and only as much as they need:

We may also disclose information when required by law, a court order or a government authority, or when necessary to protect someone's life or safety.
6. Where Your Information Is Processed
Our website, booking app backend and patient databases are hosted on servers in India. Some service providers, including Meta, OpenAI and Google, may process data on servers outside India. Such transfers are made only for the purposes in this policy and in line with Indian law.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
